Why don’t you charge per seat?
Flume gets better when more of your people use it. So everyone gets access, and you pay for the data you connect.
Why don’t you charge for questions?
Your people’s questions build the knowledge that makes every answer better. We want them to ask more, not fewer.
Do we pay more as our data grows?
Not during the year. Your size band is set when you sign and checked again at renewal.
What do we pay in year one?
The platform fee and your initiative fees. Software usage is counted in year one but not billed.
What happens if we leave?
We turn off our access. Your data and knowledge are already in your storage. There is no exit fee.
